Use your new skills and moves in fly and floor work class on lyra or silks! Using exclusively moves that are taught in the foundation classes, you’ll move and flow to music and put it all together in something Instagram worthy! Suitable for beginner students and above who have taken a City Cirque Welcome Class or similar elsewhere. Works well taken with Beginner Lyra and Silks Classes.
