Aerial Rope (Corde Lisse)

Service Description

Aerial Rope (aka corde lisse) is silks spicy cousin! While there is crossover in skills from tissue to rope, rope possesses it’s own unique skills and is definitely very different! In class we will cover a wide variety of climbs, poses, transitions and dynamic skills, including some of Tami's favourite signature poses and transitions she has performed. Pre-requisites: ability aerial invert independently and safely; able to climb at least 5m some tissu or rope experience preferred but not essential.
