With Maddee’s guidance, you'll master a series of sequences and skills that will challenge and inspire you. Whether you're a seasoned aerialist or just starting out, Maddee's workshop offers something for everyone, with skills interchangeable on both Aerial Net and Open Hammock. Get ready to soar and tap into your creativity in a fun and supportive environment! In this workshop you'll learn: - Fundamental Aerial Net and Open Fabric Hammock skills and techniques - Poses and sequences to challenge and inspire you - How to work with the fabric to create fluid & flowing movements Prerequisites: - Beginner level or above must be comfortable standing in a hammock. Progressions and regressions offered to suit all abilities and skill levels What to bring: Please wear clothing that covers/protects your legs and armpits. Socks also strongly encouraged but not compulsory.
