A specialty aerial class exploring movement, balances and creative transitions on aerila net. A fun and unique apparatus with a blend of flow, strength and dynamic shapes. Prerequisites: Beginner level or above must be comfortable standing in a hammock. Progressions and regressions offered to suit all abilities and skill levels
