A segway from Welcome Class to Beginners Class - come and experience hammock, silks and lyra in our studio. This class is essential to learn the foundations of aerials - no flexibility or strength required, just a sense of fun and adventure. You’ll spin on the lyra, invert on the hammock and wrap on silks, having fun and getting the feel for the amazing artforms, while getting a workout.
