Service Description
After 15 years of performing professionally, and growing her aerial strength from an initial background in dance, Caitlin has mastered how to efficiently train aerial artists to increase their active flexibility, strength, and endurance. Combining carefully crafted Pilates based floor exercises with exercises on both vertical and bar apparatus, this class will help you to access the active compression needed for strong inversions, build grip strength, shoulder stability and prevent injuries in aerial training and performance. This training is critical to taking your aerial skills to the next level and will vastly help you to skill build more quickly. Suitable for all levels of aerialists.
