Service Description
A high level mixed apparatus class exploring advanced aerial technique, dynamic movement, sequencing and apparatus versatility across a range of aerial disciplines. Prerequisites: Strong aerial foundations. Students should be confident with inversions, aerial conditioning and independent aerial movement.
